SnapSpend is an AI-powered expense tracking service available at snap-spend.com and app.snap-spend.com. Questions? Email support@snap-spend.com.
Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).
Expense data: store names, amounts, dates, categories, and any receipt images you upload.
Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, and session information to keep the app running smoothly.
Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle. SnapSpend never sees or stores your card number or CVV.
Your data is used to run the SnapSpend service, process your subscription, send you account-related emails, and respond to support requests. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Paddle — handles all payments as our Merchant of Record.
Vercel / Railway — host the app and backend.
Anthropic — powers AI receipt scanning. Receipt images are processed and not stored.
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
You can access, update, or delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app. To request full data deletion, email support@snap-spend.com.
SnapSpend only uses cookies essential for keeping you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
